Birmingham’s newest bar and restaurant, The Botanist on Temple Street, opened its doors to the public on Monday 6th April, with an exclusive invite only VIP launch event on Thursday 9th April.

Owned by the award winning New World Trading Company, part of the highly acclaimed ‘Living Ventures’ operation based in Manchester, the city centre venue marks the company’s first venture into the Midlands, with accompanying bars in in Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, Chester and Alderley Edge.
The Botanist  offers a range of botanical cocktails, craft beers and ales, as well as deli and rotisserie inspired food. To celebrate the highly anticipated launch, and to welcome them to the Midlands we have teamed up with them to offer our Eat-the-midlands readers 25% off their food bill, throughout April.

General manager, Julian Rose-Gibbs, said: “We are really excited to have launched The Botanist and are looking forward to welcoming guests to come and enjoy the uniquely renowned experience the bar has to offer. As well as an eclectic food and drink mix, The Botanist Birmingham features daily live music in a laid back relaxed atmosphere that will make it a real destination venue in the city.”
