The regions’ finest have teamed up to create a dining experience which will bring the award winning Chase distillery together with Michelin Restaurant Chef Richard Turner for a very special evening.

Single estate Chase Distillery, who produce their World accredited spirits on their farm in Herefordshire seek to create the perfect experiences with their range of spirits and newly added wines. Michelin accredited Chef Richard Turner, patron of his eponymous restaurant in Harborne, Birmingham is acclaimed as one of the UK’s finest Chefs whose no nonsense approach to sourcing the finest ingredients to create his menus resonates throughout his repertoire of dishes.

They have teamed up to host a special evening to showcase the best of the region by creating a tasting menu to compliment the range of Chase spirits and wines, accompanied by a talk by founding family member James Chase on the family firms history and ethos.

“We all hear that ‘local is best’ when it comes to food’” comments Chef Richard “But it is not always necessarily so. At Turners Restaurant we always seek the best seasonal produce from where-ever it originates, and of course, best is often freshest in respect of produce as it holds its flavors to point of service, but when you are talking about spirits, this is not relevant. However, when we first tried Chase Spirits we were impressed with the depth of flavor notes, clean palate and subsequently how well they complimented our style of cuisine – and being based in the Midlands, they were the perfect match. We now only pour Chase Spirits across our drinks range, and have worked closely with James Chase and his team to develop a range to best enhance our own customers’ experience. Our Chase Experience tasting menu we hope will showcase the best of the seasons produce with the depth of Chase’s flavor notes to create the perfect combination.”

The sell out evening will be held on May 28th at Turners Restaurant, Harborne with special guests and customers of Turners enjoying the five course tasting menu with accompanying with Chase spirits and wines for £85 per person.
