Relish Cotswolds & Oxfordshires Finest Chefs Gather for launch at Ellenborough Park, Cheltenham

Relish Publications has launched its latest fine dining guide and recipe book at the prestigious Ellenborough Park, located overlooking Cheltenham racecourse. The launch of Relish Cotswolds and Oxfordshire brought together the finest selection of chefs and restaurants from across the region, and exclusive dining club gourmet-life.co.uk

This edition of the book was the 14th edition of the best selling series, and Relish have editions covering most of the UK now, with forthcoming launches in the South West, North East and Yorkshire and the recent highly successful launch of Relish Scotland Second Helping.

The foreword was provided by acclaimed chef Gary Jones from Two Michelin Star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons.

Other featured restaurants in this outstanding guide include, Ellenborough Park, Cotswold House Hotel, The Wood Norton, Bibury Court, Buckland Manor, The Feathered Nest Inn, Eckington Manor, Star Inn at Sparsholt, Arrow Mill, Ronnies, The Swan, The Kings Head, The Nut Tree, Oxfordshire; White Heart at Fyfield, 5 North St and Two Michelin Star Le Champignon Sauvage.

The new book also featured a Larder, which profiled the very best producers and suppliers from across the heart of England and carried a foreword by Two Star Michelin Chef David Everrit Mathias.

Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons Oxfordshire’s much acclaimed Executive Head Chef Gary Jones wrote the foreword and joins the likes of Shaun Hill, Andreas Antona, Andrew Nutter and Tom Kitchin as the list of outstanding chefs committing to the Relish Recipe Books and Guides grows.

Gary Jones Commented: “I am delighted to be writing the foreword for Relish Oxfordshire & Cotswolds.
