Itihaas secures catering at hotels nationwide

The Birmingham based restaurant and catering company Itihaas, is celebrating a slew of new partnerships with hotels around the UK.

Itihaas will provide high quality Indian cuisine to a series of hotels within the prominent Q Hotel group and the Grand Connaught Rooms Hotel in London.

Following the opening of Itihaas Brassiere within Selfridges in Birmingham, the company is having a successful year in building the portfolio of both divisions of the company. Recognised as one of the pioneers of delivering exquisite Indian cuisine in the Midlands, Itihaas has won numerous accolades for food, service and decor. The company received the Best UK Restaurant at the Cobra Good Curry Awards in 2007.

Founded in 2003, the Q Hotel group consists of twenty one unique four star hotels which includes five golf resorts, seventeen spa hotels and two city centre hotels. The requirement for an Asian caterer follows an increase in the uptake of Asian weddings across the venues. Itihaas shall provide catering to the following Q Hotels: Belfry Oxford, Belfry Nottingham, Chesford Grange, Stratford Manor and Hampshire Court.

Grand Connaught Rooms is part of the PH Hotels group. The stylish and sophisticated Central London venue dates back to 1775 and has gained a reputation for hosting business and social occasions. As the preferred Asian caterer supplier, Itihaas shall provide food for the hotel’s events, weddings and conference that attract international delegates.
