Ludlow Food Festival Chefs Table Restaurant

This years’ Ludlow Food Festival promises to be the best ever. This Year it is being held 7th-9th September. In its eighteenth Year, and considered the best food festival I the UK – the team will be going that extra mile to ensure they beat last years record attendances.

Chefs Table Restaurant
Two years ago the avid foodies at the show thought they had seen the last of the popular Chefs Table Restaurant pop-up concept – The creator of premium dining at the festival, which ran for two years, and following a break, the organisers at the Ludlow Food Festival have asked them back due to popular demand. Celebrating 2012, the year of Great British cuisine, the Chefs Table Restaurant 2012 will offer accessible relaxing dining in a marquee in Castle Gardens.

Providing good local food, served to busy festival goers, in a premium buffet style bistro setting – quick, informal and relaxing. Choose up to four courses, finishing with Michelin influenced desserts, and award winning Marches cheeses served along with fine wines and fizz. Many dishes will be cooked by top chefs supported by past and present students from Shrewsbury and Ludlow colleges – you never know who you might see cooking at the Chefs Table!

Creator of the Chefs Table Concept is James Day of Gourmet-Life – Lifestyle Dining Club, based in the Midlands “We created the concept 4 years ago to celebrate the one year anniversary of our Lifestyle Dining Club, and it was a real success. We are delighted to be invited back this year, celebrating the region’s finest chefs and producers – its what Ludlow Food Festival is all about – this year will be inclusive dining, in this exclusive setting of Ludlow Castle Gardens”
