Last night saw the star studded launch of Louis Barnett’s chocolate Week Celebrations hosted by the Mint Leaf Restaurant at Haymarket, London.

VIP’s were treated to canopes created by Louis and the team at Mint Leaf infused in chocolate, including Belly pork with 70% cocoa, and chicken Massala with single origin Chocolate, alongside an array of innovative, and Moorish cocktails, also containing the ‘magic bean’.

Guests included Linda Barker and family as well as industry specialists, media, and restaurateurs. Louis commented “Tonight has been a real treat for me personally to finally launch the Mint Leaf menu that we have been creating for almost 3 weeks, and to see the guests enjoy the flavours we have created is really satisfying. The team at Mint Leaf have worked very hard Dhayalan Paul the Head chef and his team – I look forward now to the public trying the menu at the Angel Court Restaurant’

Louis will now work with the team to serve diners the 9 course tasting menu each dish accompanied by a specially created ‘liquor shot’ throughout the week.
